Home Connections

  • This page contains a helpful collection of resources designed to strengthen the link between classroom learning and home support in Mathematics and Literacy. It is built for use by teachers and contains a variety of ready-to-use supports and low-prep activities in both digital (online programs, interactive links) and non-digital (printable games, hands-on activities) formats to accommodate diverse family needs.

  • Rather than sharing this page as a whole, educators should intentionally select and copy specific resources that directly address the current learning needs or concepts of their students to share them with families.
